Rena L. JANUS, Director of Internal Operations

As the Director of Internal Operations, Janus' job is to make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

Janus’ responsibilities include managing The Bigelow Company offices, IT, accounts payable and receivable, FINRA compliance support, vendor relationships, coordinating internal efforts with support staff, and special event planning and execution.

A gardener at heart, she likes to say that if she's not digging in the dirt, she’s growing ideas.

Janus joined The Bigelow Company in 2008 after twelve years of performance consulting, including seven as owner of a business that focused on team building, lean thinking, and leadership training for clients in New York State. She uses her business owner knowledge and perspective every day to enhance teamwork, productivity, and professionalism in every aspect of The Bigelow Company operation.
